500gs diced lamb
2 cups beef stock
½ packet of spring veggie soup mix
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 table spoons Worcestershire sauce
½ cup peas
½ cup corn
1Dice and cut all ingredients and place in slow cooker.
2Mix all wet ingredients in a mixing jug and pour into the slow cooker and mix through.
3Cook for 3-4 hours on high, 7 hours on low
