In a food processor, combine well:

420g can rinsed kidney beans

1 tbspn water

5 eggs

1 1/2 tspns vanilla bean paste (or 1 tbspn vanilla essence

Then add

160g sugar

70g cocoa

1 tspn bicarb soda

1/2 tspn Himalayan pink salt

1/3 cup sunflower oil (NOT olive oil)

And process until smooth.


1Pour mixture into a greased ring tin and suspend over foil balls, egg rings, or similar.

2Cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours on high with tea towel under the lid
