Chocolate Magic Bean Cake
Serving: 8
Ingredients
- In a food processor, combine well:
- 420g can rinsed kidney beans
- 1 tbspn water
- 5 eggs
- 1 1/2 tspns vanilla bean paste (or 1 tbspn vanilla essence
- Then add
- 160g sugar
- 70g cocoa
- 1 tspn bicarb soda
- 1/2 tspn Himalayan pink salt
- 1/3 cup sunflower oil (NOT olive oil)
- And process until smooth.
Instructions
- Pour mixture into a greased ring tin and suspend over foil balls, egg rings, or similar.
- Cook for 1 1/2 - 2 hours on high with tea towel under the lid
