  • 600g of stir fry beef
  • 500g of mixed vegies
  • 100g of sliced mushrooms
  • 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • 1 large red capsicum chopped roughly
  • 1 packet of masterfood Chinese recipe base


  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker mix through place on low for 8 hours can stir occasionally or leave till cooked
  • Note:once cooked I added 200g of rice vermicelli and stirred through or u can have with rice 🙂
