Chinese stir fry beef
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 600g of stir fry beef
- 500g of mixed vegies
- 100g of sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
- 1 large red capsicum chopped roughly
- 1 packet of masterfood Chinese recipe base
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker mix through place on low for 8 hours can stir occasionally or leave till cooked
- Note:once cooked I added 200g of rice vermicelli and stirred through or u can have with rice 🙂
