Slow Cooked chilli paste 🌶

  • Yields: 800mls

Ingredients

As many Chilli's that you have - I used 50 Chilli's and left the seeds in them

Bulb of garlic

White vinegar to half cover Chilli's

1/2-3/4 cup Honey

Directions

1Cut stems off Chilli

2Prepare Garlic bulb

3Add enough White Vinegar to half cover Chilli

4Add honey

5Cook on High for 2hrs or Low for 5hrs

6Let cool a bit

7Place in a bowl and blend to smooth consistency

8Place into sterilised jars

9Refrigerate

Absolutely love this chilli paste. Full of flavour. Super easy which I love too. You just can’t go wrong with this recipe. I remember when this was first shared on the fb page. It looked yum then and still looks yum now.

*I cook mine in the 1.5L SC.
