Chilli Paste

  • As many Chilli's that you have - I used 50 Chilli's and left the seeds in them
  • Bulb of garlic
  • White vinegar to half cover Chilli's
  • 1/2-3/4 cup Honey


  • Cut stems off Chilli
  • Prepare Garlic bulb
  • Add enough White Vinegar to half cover Chilli
  • Add honey
  • Cook on High for 2hrs or Low for 5hrs
  • Let cool a bit
  • Place in a bowl and blend to smooth consistency
  • Place into sterilised jars
  • Refrigerate

  1. Absolutely love this chilli paste. Full of flavour. Super easy which I love too. You just can’t go wrong with this recipe. I remember when this was first shared on the fb page. It looked yum then and still looks yum now.

    *I cook mine in the 1.5L SC.
