Chilli Paste
Slow Cooked chilli paste ?
Serving: 800
Ingredients
- As many Chilli's that you have - I used 50 Chilli's and left the seeds in them
- Bulb of garlic
- White vinegar to half cover Chilli's
- 1/2-3/4 cup Honey
Instructions
- Cut stems off Chilli
- Prepare Garlic bulb
- Add enough White Vinegar to half cover Chilli
- Add honey
- Cook on High for 2hrs or Low for 5hrs
- Let cool a bit
- Place in a bowl and blend to smooth consistency
- Place into sterilised jars
- Refrigerate

Absolutely love this chilli paste. Full of flavour. Super easy which I love too. You just can’t go wrong with this recipe. I remember when this was first shared on the fb page. It looked yum then and still looks yum now.
*I cook mine in the 1.5L SC.
