Chilli-con-carne

Ingredients
- 1 kg mince ( browned )
- 2 onions ( chopped )
- 2 red peppers ( chopped )
- 10 large mushrooms ( quartered )
- 1 tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tin kidney beans in chilli sauce
- 1 tin of kidney beans ( drained )
- 1 pkt of colmans chilli powder mix
- 2 tsps of garlic purée
- 2 tsps of chilli powder
- 2 tsps of smoked paprika
- 2 tsps of oregano
Instructions
- Brown off the mince , fry the onions then put everything in the slow cooker
- Give it a good mix
- Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours
