Chilli con Bangers n Mash
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 12 Sausages
- 800g tin diced tomatoes
- 2 teaspoons crushed garlic
- 2 onions sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon each of Chilli flakes, rosemary and thyme
- Salt to season
Instructions
- Partly brown sausages in fry pan. Cut in to chunks. Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on high for 1.5 hours.
- Serve with mashed potato
