1 x Legal Sized Whiting (cleaned and gutted)
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
Juice x 1/2 Lemon
1Mix oil, paprika, chili flakes & lemon juice all together.

3Get 1 large piece of alfoil and lightly spray with cooking spray.

5Lay whiting on the alfoil, and pour mixture over the top.

7Wrap the whiting up in the alfoil and ensure it is wrapped tightly with no holes.

9Put in slow cooker and turn on high for 2:00

11I used a 7ltre Breville Slow cooker - so times may vary (depending on your sc'er and the thickness of the fish)

Notes
1You can also use other small fish.
2We do not eat the skin of the fish, however if you do, you may wish to reduce the amount of chili as this may be quite spicy
