Chili Whiting

Ingredients
- 1 x Legal Sized Whiting (cleaned and gutted)
- 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
- Juice x 1/2 Lemon
Instructions
- Mix oil, paprika, chili flakes & lemon juice all together.
- Get 1 large piece of alfoil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Lay whiting on the alfoil, and pour mixture over the top.
- Wrap the whiting up in the alfoil and ensure it is wrapped tightly with no holes.
- Put in slow cooker and turn on high for 2:00
- I used a 7ltre Breville Slow cooker - so times may vary (depending on your sc'er and the thickness of the fish)
Notes
- You can also use other small fish.
- We do not eat the skin of the fish, however if you do, you may wish to reduce the amount of chili as this may be quite spicy
