  • 1 x Legal Sized Whiting (cleaned and gutted)
  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Chili Flakes
  • Juice x 1/2 Lemon

  • Mix oil, paprika, chili flakes & lemon juice all together.
  • Get 1 large piece of alfoil and lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Lay whiting on the alfoil, and pour mixture over the top.
  • Wrap the whiting up in the alfoil and ensure it is wrapped tightly with no holes.
  • Put in slow cooker and turn on high for 2:00
  • I used a 7ltre Breville Slow cooker - so times may vary (depending on your sc'er and the thickness of the fish)

  • You can also use other small fish.
  • We do not eat the skin of the fish, however if you do, you may wish to reduce the amount of chili as this may be quite spicy
