Chili Turkey Drumsticks

2 Turkey drumsticks

1 Tbl Olive Oil

1/2 tsp Chili Flakes

1/2 tsp sweet paprika


1Mix Olive Oil with chili and paprika.

2Brush mixture over both sides of drumsticks

3I elevated my drumsticks by placing them on a rack in slow cooker

4Cook on High for 4hrs

5I then browned in oven for 20 mins (optional)


1I used a 7ltr Breville Flavour Maker

2Keep an eye on your drumsticks to ensure they don't dry out, as all slow cookers cook at different times

3You can add/reduce the amount of chili flakes depending on your tastes

4Beautiful served with a side of roast potatoes and vegetables

We used chicken drumsticks instead and replaced the chilli flakes with a chopped fresh chilli.
Quick 2min prep 🙂

We were later home than planned so they were on low for around 6 hrs and were still moist and tender. Definitely on the do again list 🙂
