This was slowly forming in my head for days, then I finally decided to see how it would turn out. It’s so good, we have it at least once a fortnight now!
Yields: 5
Ingredients
5 Chicken thighs (bone in)
3 Carrots, cut into 1inch thick pieces
8 Baby red potatoes par boiled
3 Corn on the cob, cut in half
1 Red onion cut into wedges
1 lemon cut into wedges
4 sprigs Rosemary & Thyme
A knob of butter
Salt & pepper to taste.
Sauce -
Juice of 1 lemon
2 cups chicken stock
2 TBS minced garlic
2 TBS plain flour
Directions
1Brown the chicken, & add chicken along with all veggies to the slow cooker
2In a medium sized bowl, whisk together lemon juice, chicken stock, & flour. Pour over chicken & veggies
3Add herbs to the slow cooker. Season With salt & pepper & for butter over everything.
4Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

it taste good but its not really creamy needs something added not just flour but
i will give it another go and maybe see what i could add to it a bit oily to .
