Chicken Salsa Stew
Serving: 2
Ingredients
- 1 Chicken Breast
- 1 Med to lrg Potato
- 1 Med Carrot
- 1 Piece of Pumkin roughly the same size of Potato
- 1 Jar Prepared Salsa
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup of Peas
- 1/3 cup of water
Instructions
- Cube all Vegetables and place in cooker (1.5 litre slow cooker )
- Cube chicken and add
- Add Jar of salsa and water
- Cook on HIGH for 1.5 hours
- Turn cooker to LOW for 4 hours
- Add peas
- Cook on LOW for a further hour 🙂
