  • 2 pieces of chicken breast
  • flour
  • egg wash
  • bread crumbs
  • sauce of choice
  • grated cheese


  • Flour, egg wash and crumb breast fillets.
  • Spray bottom of slow cooker.
  • Place chicken in cooker for 1 hour on high and then turn over.
  • Put sauce and cheese on top and cook for another hour on high with tea towel under lid
  • These are not super crisp like frying BUT are like oven cooked and are very healthy.

    1. That shouldn’t be the sauce doing that? I add sauces all the time like this and have never cracked … the only way I could think of this happening would be if the sauce you added was cold, going into a hot ceramic bowl? Is it cold where you are or had it been in the fridge?
