CHICKEN NOODLES
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1 large chicken Breast sliced thin
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- Level teaspoon curry powder
- Veg ~ I used
- 2 spring onion
- 1/4 thinly sliced capsicum
- Sliced snow peas
- Frozen broccoli, cauliflower, corn & carrots
- Vermicelli noodles
Instructions
- Brown the chicken first then added the chicken, veg and all the sauces to the slow cooker and mixed together.
- Sit noodles on top and put lid on with no tea towel.
- Cook on high for 1.5-2hrs stirring 2-3 times

I cooked up a batch yesterday. I changed the veggies (capsicum, sweet corn, water chestnuts and zucchini) and then added garlic and ginger. Was great and very easy. I am now set for the week for lunches and the odd dinner. Thank you Mel. Great easy but tasty recipe

I used red capsicum, beans, corn kernels, broccoli, carrots, spring onions and bean shoots.
