Chicken noodle soup
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken thighs
- 2 carrots thin sliced
- 6 small washed potatos peeled and cubed
- 1Tb spoon minced garlic
- 1 litre chicken stock
- Herbs to taste
- Cook for 4 hours then add peas, corn, broccoli and mushroom.
- Then 1 hour before serving
- 1 packet chicken soup
- 1 packet 2 minute noodles cook for an hour and perfect ready for serving full of flavour!
Instructions
- Cook on LOW
- Place chicken, carrot and potato in cooker with 1 litre of stock,
- After 4 hours add mixed veges
- After 5 hours add noodles and chicken soup pack
- Cook for a further 1 hour
