Chicken Noodle Soup - Chinese

Ingredients
 

  • 1 whole chicken - dissected
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Celery bunch to taste
  • Carrot to taste
  • Corn to taste (baby or frozen)
  • 1 x Bok choi bunch
  • 1 x Choy sum bunch
  • 3 tbs mixed herb
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Garlic & Ginger to taste
  • Water to cover most
  • Rice noodle to serve

Instructions
 

  • Section chicken.
  • Place all in slow cooker as you chop
  • Cover with water
  • Cook for 8 - 12 hours
  • Serve with rice noodle and crusty bread
  • I use my 6.5l Kambrook for this recipe
