Cook Time 8 hours
Total Time 8 hours 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cups Samp (soaked overnight)
  • 1kg Chicken necks
  • 1x Cube chicken stock
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into the slow cooker on high for 8 hours.
  • Then dish up and enjoy 🙂

Notes

  • Melanie explains "Samp is a South African food consisting of dried corn kernels that have been stamped and chopped until broken"
  • The bones are cooked very soft the whole day. It is your choice how you want to eat. My husband eats just the meat off them, I eat the whole thing.
