Ingredients
 

  • 6 chicken breasts - halved
  • Flour
  • Salt and pepper to season
  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
  • 1 cup mushroom
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • Half cup of Marsala
  • Half cup water
  • 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Place chickenin a bag with flour salt and pepper and powdered stock then shake till coated
  • In slow cooker place any veggies you like (I used zucchini broccoli and carrot mushrooms)
  • Place chicken on top
  • In a bowl place soup, Marsala, water, garlic, onion androsemary. Mix and pour over chicken.
  • Cook 5 hours on low or 2 .5 on high serve with roast veggies or pasta or rice.
