Chicken Marsala

6 chicken breasts - halved


Salt and pepper to season

1 teaspoon chicken stock powder

1 cup mushroom

2 carrots

1 zucchini

1 head of broccoli

1 can mushroom soup

Half cup of Marsala

Half cup water

1-2 cloves of crushed garlic

1 chopped onion



1Place chickenin a bag with flour salt and pepper and powdered stock then shake till coated

2In slow cooker place any veggies you like (I used zucchini broccoli and carrot mushrooms)

3Place chicken on top

4In a bowl place soup, Marsala, water, garlic, onion androsemary. Mix and pour over chicken.

5Cook 5 hours on low or 2 .5 on high serve with roast veggies or pasta or rice.
