Chicken Marsala
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts - halved
- Flour
- Salt and pepper to season
- 1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
- 1 cup mushroom
- 2 carrots
- 1 zucchini
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 can mushroom soup
- Half cup of Marsala
- Half cup water
- 1-2 cloves of crushed garlic
- 1 chopped onion
- Rosemary
Instructions
- Place chickenin a bag with flour salt and pepper and powdered stock then shake till coated
- In slow cooker place any veggies you like (I used zucchini broccoli and carrot mushrooms)
- Place chicken on top
- In a bowl place soup, Marsala, water, garlic, onion androsemary. Mix and pour over chicken.
- Cook 5 hours on low or 2 .5 on high serve with roast veggies or pasta or rice.
