1Place chicken, mushrooms, onion, spring onions, tomatoes, carrot, garlic, stock, herbs and pepper in slow cooker bowl
2Cook for approx 6hrs on low (Contempo 5.5L sc)
3Add beans and zucchini about 1hr before serving
4Add spinach leaves and fold through just before serving
5Serve with mashed potatoes or for something a bit lighter Cauliflower Mash or Butternut and Sweet Potato mash
