Chicken Carbonara
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast diced
- 6 rashes bacon diced
- 1 onion diced
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 cup of cream
- 1 cup cooking philli
- 2 cups chicken stock
- 1 egg whisked
Instructions
- Put everything in slow cooker, EXCEPT FOR EGG,
- Cook on high for 3 hours,
- Whisk egg through mixing well for a good 30 seconds,
- Serve on fettuccine

Sounds beautiful. Can you use spreadable cream cheese instead of philly block cream cheese?
This is out go to when feeding a crowd or wanting multiple meals for my family from dish as we find it filling!
I use what ever cream cheese I grab at the time normally the spreadable tub.
Thanks for a great recipe we have used for the past 7 or so years.
