Chicken Carbonara

2 chicken breast diced

6 rashes bacon diced

1 onion diced

1 teaspoon minced garlic

1 cup of cream

1 cup cooking philli

2 cups chicken stock

1 egg whisked


1Put everything in slow cooker, EXCEPT FOR EGG,

2Cook on high for 3 hours,

3Whisk egg through mixing well for a good 30 seconds,

4Serve on fettuccine

Sounds beautiful. Can you use spreadable cream cheese instead of philly block cream cheese?
