I swear it’s as good as any restaurant pasta dish I’ve ever had. Freezing some for work meals next week.
4 hrs 10 mins
4 chicken thighs (can use breast)
125g triple cream Brie cheese
200g Camembert cheese
300mls cooking cream
1/2 green onion diced
Garlic (to taste)
Parsley (to taste)
Bacon diced. (As much as you like).
Cornflour to thicken (approx 2Tbs
1Dice chicken and put in slow cooker (again my choice, could leave whole).
2Add remaining ingredients except cornflour and pasta.
3Cook on high 4 hrs. Stir at 2hrs.
4Cook pasta in microwave (my choice) or stove top.
5While cooking pasta, add water to cornflour (not much) and add to chicken dish & stir
6Stir again when pasta cooked.
7Serve pasta with chicken CARBONARA on top.
8Be prepared for 2nds and 3rds. (It’s that good).

This was absolutely delicious, I added some mushrooms in the last 2 hours (after stirring). I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you so much for sharing!

Removing skin is optional. Some like to as they don’t like the consistency of it in final dish? But I don’t remove. Yes chopping up is good

Do you remove the skin from the camembert and brie. Also do you chop them up?
