Chicken and sweet corn soup
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1kg chicken drumsticks
- 1.5 litre chicken stock
- 1 tin creamed corn
- 6 half corn cobs cut of the cobs
- 10 beans cut in half
- 4 potatoes quarter cut
- 1/4 leek finely sliced
- Dried garlic to taste
- Chicken seasoning
Instructions
- Cook on low and ensure all bones are removed when finished cooking.
- Serve with crusty bread rolls.
