Chicken and Sausage Braise with Mushrooms
1Place drumsticks and sausages in slow cooker bowl alternating drumstick, sausage.
2Sprinkle garlic, salt and oregano over meat, add mushrooms on top.
3Combine stock, vinegar, tomato paste and cornflour in jug.
4Pour into slow cooker bowl.
5Cook for 5hrs on high (Contempo 5.5L sc)
6Serve with pasta.
7Cut tomatoes in half and scatter over top.
