Chicken and Chorizo Gumbo
1Place all except rice into the sc and place on high for 2 hours. Remove chicken, cool and de bone if using pieces. Place meat back into cooker and cook for a further 2 hours on low. Serve on top of a bed of rice.
2This was made mild. If you want to make it spicy use hot choritzo and add more cajun,chilli and black pepper to the mix
