Chicken And Bacon Fettuccine

Easy slow cooked pasta sauce

  • Prep: 20 mins
  • Cook: 6 hrs
  • Yields: 6-8 bowls

Ingredients

2 breasts diced

1 cup of diced bacon

1 cup of sliced mushrooms

1 finely chopped garlic clove

700mls of carbonara sauce (ready made)

1 small thickened cream tub

Fettuccine to serve

Directions

1Place diced chicken, sliced mushrooms, garlic and bacon in slow cooker

2Pour the sauce over the top of the other ingredients in cooker

3Place on low for 6hrs

4Pour cream in the last hour if cooking

5Serve with cooked fettuccine
