Cherry Tomatoes Base
Serving: 1
Ingredients
- 1 kg of cherry tomatoes ( approx)
- Dash of oil
- Half a head of garlic
Instructions
- Wash tomatoes pop them in cooker
- And the oil and cut up garlic into small pieces and mix into oil and and tomatoes stir occasionally
- Cook for 3hrs on high
- Once cooked give it a blend with either a stick blender or bench.

Do you add half a clove of garlic or half a head of garlic
Half a clove doesn’t sound enough

was unsure about all those little skins but they were hardly noticeable once I added 500g browned hamburger & 150g spiral pasta for the last hour. As an afterthought I had also added in my mom’s seasoning mix for her spaghetti sauce after the first hour. Second helpings all around – no leftovers says it all! 😊
