  • 4 large potatoes
  • cheese (any kind)
  • 600ml Cream


  • Peel potatoes & slice (but not completely all the way through), slice cheese (thinly) & place cheese in between each slot.
  • Put in slow cooker, then grate little more cheese on top, pour in cream, cook on low for 6 hours.
