Cheeseburger ribs
Craving ribs and cheeseburgers? This recipe includes no cheese.

Ingredients
- 1.5kg Beef Ribs
- Quarter cup tomato sauce
- Quarter cup BBQ sauce
- 2 tablespoons American mustard
- 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- Ground white pepper to taste
- Powdered vegeta stock (instead of salt) to taste
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients and smother ribs.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Remove ribs to cool.
- Skim fat off sauce.
- Smother ribs and put in oven at 230' for around 20 mins.
