2 cups of grated carrot
1 tin of pineapple (I used pieces)
3/4 cup of oil
1/2 cup of apple purée
1/2 cup of sultanas
2tsp of cinnamon
1 cup of self raising flour
1 cup if wholemeal flour
1 tsp of baking soda
1/2 cup of walnuts
1Mix top ingredients first and then fold into dry ingredients.
2Cook on HIGH for 2 Hours
3Use a tea towel under the lid and fold over the top
