Top Ingredients

  • 2 cups of grated carrot
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tin of pineapple (I used pieces)
  • 3/4 cup of oil
  • 1/2 cup of apple purée
  • 1/2 cup of sultanas

Dry Ingredients

  • 2tsp of cinnamon
  • 1 cup of self raising flour
  • 1 cup if wholemeal flour
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of walnuts


  • Mix top ingredients first and then fold into dry ingredients.
  • Cook on HIGH for 2 Hours
  • Use a tea towel under the lid and fold over the top
