Caramel Cake

Ingredients
- 1 can of slow cooked condensed milk caramel- (tin of condensed milk in the SC, well covered in water. 6hours high).
- 1 cup of SR flour.
- 1 egg.
- 75g Butter, softened.
Instructions
- Line and grease slowcooker with baking paper.
- In a mixing bowl add all 4 ingredients. Mix on high speed until everything is combined and turns light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
- Pour in to slowcooker.
- Place tea towel under the lid and cook on high for 1.5 hours.
- For the "icing"? I whipped up some thickened cream and more caramel.
- Topped with some spun sugar (just sugar heated in a pan).
