  • 1 can of slow cooked condensed milk caramel- (tin of condensed milk in the SC, well covered in water. 6hours high).
  • 1 cup of SR flour.
  • 1 egg.
  • 75g Butter, softened.


  • Line and grease slowcooker with baking paper.
  • In a mixing bowl add all 4 ingredients. Mix on high speed until everything is combined and turns light and fluffy (about 2 minutes).
  • Pour in to slowcooker.
  • Place tea towel under the lid and cook on high for 1.5 hours.
  • For the "icing"? I whipped up some thickened cream and more caramel.
  • Topped with some spun sugar (just sugar heated in a pan).
