Candy Cane Fudge
A festive Christmas treat!
Equipment
- 1.5L Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- 600 grams white chocolate
- 395 gram can of condensed milk
- Splash peppermint essence
- 12 candy canes, chopped
Instructions
- Place all ingredients (except candy canes) into slow cooker
- Cook on low – lid off
- Stir every 15mins or so for approx. 90 minutes
- Stir through the crushed candy canes then pour into a baking paper lined tin 20cm x 20cm, and refrigerate until set

This is amazing. I kept adding the essence throughout the cooking, until it was to our liking. Didn’t last long in our fridge, tasted too good
