Equipment

  • 1.5L Slow Cooker

Ingredients
 

  • 600 grams white chocolate
  • 395 gram can of condensed milk
  • Splash peppermint essence
  • 12 candy canes, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients (except candy canes) into slow cooker
  • Cook on low – lid off
  • Stir every 15mins or so for approx. 90 minutes
  • Stir through the crushed candy canes then pour into a baking paper lined tin 20cm x 20cm, and refrigerate until set

  1. This is amazing. I kept adding the essence throughout the cooking, until it was to our liking. Didn’t last long in our fridge, tasted too good
