Ingredients
 

  • 2 Chicken Breasts sliced in half lengthways then into chunks
  • 8 mushrooms diced
  • 1 can Condensed Chicken Soup (no water)
  • 1 Onion finely diced
  • 4 Shallots sliced thinly
  • 1 Jalapeño Chilli finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Mango, Coconut & Habanero Chutney
  • 2 tspns Dijon Mustard
  • 1/2 tspn black ground pepper
  • Thicken with a cornflour flurry if needed

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in slow cooker
  • Cook on low 4 hours
  • Use tea towel trick for last 2 hours
  • Can be served with rice or mashed potatoes & steamed vegetables
