2 Chicken Breasts sliced in half lengthways then into chunks
8 mushrooms diced
1 can Condensed Chicken Soup (no water)
1 Onion finely diced
4 Shallots sliced thinly
1 JalapeƱo Chilli finely chopped
2 tablespoons Mango, Coconut & Habanero Chutney
2 tspns Dijon Mustard
1/2 tspn black ground pepper
Thicken with a cornflour flurry if needed
1Place all ingredients in slow cooker
2Cook on low 4 hours
3Use tea towel trick for last 2 hours
4Can be served with rice or mashed potatoes & steamed vegetables
