Canda Chicken

Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts sliced in half lengthways then into chunks
- 8 mushrooms diced
- 1 can Condensed Chicken Soup (no water)
- 1 Onion finely diced
- 4 Shallots sliced thinly
- 1 Jalapeño Chilli finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons Mango, Coconut & Habanero Chutney
- 2 tspns Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 tspn black ground pepper
- Thicken with a cornflour flurry if needed
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in slow cooker
- Cook on low 4 hours
- Use tea towel trick for last 2 hours
- Can be served with rice or mashed potatoes & steamed vegetables
