smoked ham/gammon joint (fat removed)
2 tins baked beans
6 tbsps tomato puree
2-3 garlic cloves crushed
2 orange peppers diced
1 red chilli finely chopped
1 large onion diced
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1Place ham joint in slow cooker and add all ingredients.
3Cook on low all day with lid on.
5Use two forks and pull apart meat, mix through with rest of mixture to coat.

No it makes plenty of it’s own liquid during cooking 🙂
