Campfire Stew
Ingredients
- smoked ham/gammon joint (fat removed)
- 2 tins baked beans
- 6 tbsps tomato puree
- 2-3 garlic cloves crushed
- 2 orange peppers diced
- 1 red chilli finely chopped
- 1 large onion diced
- 1 tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Place ham joint in slow cooker and add all ingredients.
- Cook on low all day with lid on.
- Use two forks and pull apart meat, mix through with rest of mixture to coat.

Do you add water?
No it makes plenty of it’s own liquid during cooking 🙂
