EmailTweet 8 Full-screen Cake topped fruit Cakes, Dessert April 24, 2015 Cake topped fruit 0 0 5 0 Prep: 10 mins Cook: 1 hr 30 mins 10 mins 1 hr 30 mins 1 hr 40 mins Yields: 4 Ingredients1 425 g tin of fruit 2 Tbsp custard powder 1 egg 1/2 cup sugar 1 cup flour 1 Tbsp baking powder 4 Tbsp milk Directions1Place fruit including juice into the slow cooker, add custard powder and stir well. Turn on high to start heating while preparing cake topping 2 3Beat egg and sugar together, add milk and mix well.
