- 2/3 cup cream
- 3/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
- 50g butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- Put into 1.5l slow cooker on high with a tea towel under the lid for 1 hour, stirring every 10 minutes or so.
- Serve over ice cream or sticky date pudding.
