2 heads Broccoli, chopped

1 head Cauliflower, chopped

2 potatoes, chopped

2 litres chicken stock

2 brown onions, sliced

1 cup dry white wine

4 gloves garlic

300g Blue cheese


1Place all ingredients in slow cooker except Blue cheese.

2Cook on low for 8 hours.

31 and a half hours before finish, add blue cheese.

4Blend half hour before finish.

5Serve with crusty bread.

Yery nice, an acquired taste however. Must love blue cheese 😋

Very yummy! I used veggie stock and didn’t add any white wine. It’s the perfect amount of blue cheese.
