Loaded breakfast cob with crispy finish 🙂

Ingredients
 

  • 1 cob/tiger loaf, top off and hollowed out
  • Streaky Bacon
  • Crumbled Fetta
  • Mini tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • 2 eggs beaten with salt and pepper to taste
  • grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Hollow out cob, line with streaky bacon, then crumbled Fetta and added mini tomatoes, mushrooms and then pour over 2 eggs, beaten with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with grated cheese and the bread lid.
  • Cook on low for 4 hours with tea towel under lid.

  1. I have tried a couple of cob loafs now and my mixture of bacon onion diced tomatoes mushroom eggs beaten eggs and a mix of cheddar and mozz cheese
