Ingredients
 

  • 6 eggs
  • Dash of milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper beaten all together
  • 2 zucchinis grated
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 shallots
  • 1 tomato
  • Handful spinach
  • 6 bacon eyes
  • 2 tbs sr flour
  • 3/4 cup grated cheese

Instructions
 

  • Stir the egg mixture through other ingredients
  • Add to the slow cooker that is lined in baking paper.
  • Cook on low for 5hrswith a towel under the lid
