2kg beef ribs

1 cup tomato sauce

1 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup bourbon

1/4 cup horseradish cream

1 tsp tobasco sauce


1Season ribs with salt & pepper.


3I sear my ribs first in a hot oven (250C) for 30 mins, but this can be omitted.


5Place all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.


7Place ribs in slow cooker and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Hi Paulene.
The recipe only states1/4 horseradish cream , does that mean 1/4 cup/tsp/tbsp?

Reading the recipe I would say when ‘all’ the ingredients are added 🙂
