Bourbon Beef Ribs
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 2kg beef ribs
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup bourbon
- 1/4 cup horseradish cream
- 1 tsp tobasco sauce
Instructions
- Season ribs with salt & pepper.
- I sear my ribs first in a hot oven (250C) for 30 mins, but this can be omitted.
- Place all other ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Place ribs in slow cooker and cover with sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.

Reading the recipe I would say when ‘all’ the ingredients are added 🙂

The recipe only states1/4 horseradish cream , does that mean 1/4 cup/tsp/tbsp?
