Directions
1Place beef, onion, plain flour stock, Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste into the slow cooker.
2Stir to combine all ingredients.
3Cook on low for 3 hrs and then add mushrooms for final hour.
420mins before serving stir in sour cream.

6Tip: for a thicker sauce use a tea towel under the lid.

I added a bit more Worcestershire Sauce and didn’t have any tomato paste so used tomato sauce instead,also added a bit more sour cream, very yummy dish.

You could. May need less time is all being thinner 🙂
