Beef Osso Bucco
Beef osso bucco and pasta!
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 600gm beef Osso Bucco pieces
- 2 can diced tomato
- 1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup mixed Italian beans
- 2 fresh tomato
- 2 packet slice white mushroom
- 4 carrots
- 4 stalks celery leaves included
- 1 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 1 bulb garlic
- 2 tbsp Italian mixed herbs
- 1.5 cups elbow pasta
Instructions
- Just place everything except pasta in slow cooker for 12 hrs on low.
- Discard bones and add elbow pasta 30mins before end of cook time.
