Beef Delight
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 800g diced beef
- 1 leek - sliced
- 3 med carrot - cut in bite size chunks
- 1 can cream of asparagus soup
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbs garlic powder
- 1 tbs Italian mixed herbs
- 1 tbs powdered stock
Instructions
- Brown beef
- Add sliced leek and stir - let saut for a minute
- Add carrots stir - let saut for a minute
- Add remaining ingredients and stir
- Cook on low for 8 hours

Made this for dinner tonight it was very yummy,will be making it again for sure.I was a bit worried about the asparagus soup as I don’t like asparagus but couldn’t taste it at all.Thank you for the recipe.
