EmailTweet 20 Full-screen Beef Corn and Noodle Casserole Beef November 3, 2015 Beef Corn and Noodle Casserole 0 0 5 0 Prep: 15 mins Cook: 2 hrs 40 mins 15 mins 2 hrs 40 mins 2 hrs 55 mins Yields: 6 to 8 Ingredients1 Onion chopped 1 Tbsp minced garlic 500gms beef mince 1 Tin corn kernels 3 Tins condensed tomato soup 2 1/2 Tins water 500gm pkt small pasta shells 2 handfuls grated light cheese Directions1Brown onion garlic and mince and add to SC. 2Add tomato soup water and corn, give it a stir and cook on low for 2 hours. 3Add dry pasta and cook for approximately 20 minutes. 4Add half grated cheese and give it a good stir. 5Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. 6Put tea towel under lid and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, check pasta after 20 minutes. 7When cooked let sit for 15 minutes to firm up. 8Credit to my amazing partner Rob Montgomery for this recipe 9 10 11 12 Submitted by Isla McKay close full screen 00:00 0 Reviews Cancel reply Your comment/review...All fields are required to submit a review.Your name ...
