Beef and Mushroom Casserole - Canola, Dairy, Gluten, Lactose and Soy free
Serving: 4
Ingredients
- 1.5kg diced beef
- Red and yellow cherry tomatoes, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- Mushrooms, sliced
- Garlic, chopped
- Handful of chopped Garlic Scapes (can use spring onion stems instead)
- Splash of red wine (optional)
Instructions
- Put everything in slow cooker bowl.
- 5-6 hours on low (5.5L Sunbeam slow cooker)
- Served with mash
