Bbq Plum Chinese Chicken
- 1kg skinless chicken thigh fillets
- 1 small onion, sliced
- 1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 cup plum sauce (I love Ayam brand)
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 shallots, sliced
- Place chicken and onion in slow cooker bowl.
- Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken
- Cook on LOW for 6hrs approx
- Add sliced shallots for last 1-2hrs
