BBQ Chuckin Chicken
It's a BBQ chicken recipe when you can just 'chuck it all in'
Serving: 3
Ingredients
- 1kg of chicken drumsticks
- 1 bottle of smokey BBQ marinade
- 2 teaspoons of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Wash your chicken in cold water, dry it with paper towels and chuck it in the SC
- Chuck the rest of your ingredients in the slow cooker
- Mix it all up till fully coated
- Set it on low and cook for 5-6 hours
- It maybe too hot for some people, if you don't want it spicy, just leave out the chilli

So quick & easy & very tasty.
I don’t bother washing my chicken & I add some seasoned oil too.
Using this recipe as “inspiration” changed a few ingredients and added a few, but just chucked it all in. Added a small amount of ginger, dark brown sugar, smoked paprika and used chicken thigh fillets. Looking forward to dinner!

Can the drumsticks be layered? And 1 bottle is roughly how many ml? Thanks!
Yes they can
I’d just shuffle the layers over half way through cooking myself
A bottle is around 200ml – 250ml

I doubled the recipe (didn’t wash chicken) and added sweet chilli sauce. Turned out beautiful!
