BBQ Chuckin Chicken

It's a BBQ chicken recipe when you can just 'chuck it all in'

  • 1kg of chicken drumsticks
  • 1 bottle of smokey BBQ marinade
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chilli flakes (optional)


  • Wash your chicken in cold water, dry it with paper towels and chuck it in the SC
  • Chuck the rest of your ingredients in the slow cooker
  • Mix it all up till fully coated
  • Set it on low and cook for 5-6 hours
  • It maybe too hot for some people, if you don't want it spicy, just leave out the chilli

    Using this recipe as “inspiration” changed a few ingredients and added a few, but just chucked it all in. Added a small amount of ginger, dark brown sugar, smoked paprika and used chicken thigh fillets. Looking forward to dinner!
