An easy prep dish, perfect for sharing on summer nights with family or friends. Serve on tortilla or pita wraps, with cheese and salad.

1.5kg chicken breast fillets

1 bottle good quality Ranch dressing

1/4-1/2 cup good quality BBQ sauce


1Spray slow cooker with cooking spray

2Place fillets in cooker

3Pour 3/4 of Ranch dressing over chicken

4Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours (or until internal temp of chicken reaches 82c)

5Remove breasts into a bowl and shred with two forks

6Empty slow cooker of juices

7Place pulled chicken back into slow cooker

8Add and stir through remaining ranch dressing and barbecue sauce

9Cook on LOW for a further 30 minutes

10Serve and enjoy

11Try different flavoured BBQ sauces such as Honey BBQ or Smoky BBQ
