Barbeque Ranch Pulled Chicken
An easy prep dish, perfect for sharing on summer nights with family or friends. Serve on tortilla or pita wraps, with cheese and salad.
Serving: 6
Ingredients
- 1.5kg chicken breast fillets
- 1 bottle good quality Ranch dressing
- 1/4-1/2 cup good quality BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray
- Place fillets in cooker
- Pour 3/4 of Ranch dressing over chicken
- Cook on LOW for 3-4 hours (or until internal temp of chicken reaches 82c)
- Remove breasts into a bowl and shred with two forks
- Empty slow cooker of juices
- Place pulled chicken back into slow cooker
- Add and stir through remaining ranch dressing and barbecue sauce
- Cook on LOW for a further 30 minutes
- Serve and enjoy
- Try different flavoured BBQ sauces such as Honey BBQ or Smoky BBQ
