1 cup Oat flour (i milled rolled oats in my nutribullet)
1 cup LSA mix
1 cup SR flour
2 mashed bananas
2 sml grated apples
1 mashed pear
1 tbsp chia seeds
Pinch of bicarb
1 tin condensed milk
1In a bowl Mash bananas
2Mix egg into bananas
3Add everything else into the bowl and give a good mix.
4Line slowcooker with baking paper and pour the mixture in.
5Cook for approx 2.5 hrs on high with teatowl under lid.
6(I checked it was cooked through with a skewer)
